    Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that support your digestive system, they crowd out unwanted organisms and allow more of the "good" bacteria to be present in your gut. Prebiotics are fibers that feed those beneficial bacteria. So, “pro” is the bacteria itself, and “pre” is food for the beneficial bacteria living in your gut.
  • Will this prebiotic fiber supplement cause gas or bloating?
