Cranberry (vaccinium macrocarpon), a small evergreen shrub, grows in mountain forests and damp bogs from Alaska to Tennesee. It produces pink flowers from late spring through late summer and produces its bright red fruits each fall. Cranberries have been consumed for their tangy, refreshing taste for centuries.

Cranberries contain compounds called proanthocyanidins that have antioxidant activity. Research indicates cranberry fruit may help maintain a healthy urinary tract.† Cranberries contain antioxidant compounds called proanthocyanidins.

Cranberry seems to work by preventing bacteria from sticking to cells that line the bladder to maintain the health and function of the urinary tract. Cranberry can be recommended as part of a daily regimen for Immunity, Urinary Tract Health, Women 19 - 50.

DOSAGE and DIRECTIONS

Take two to four capsules three times daily with water at mealtimes or prepared as a tea. We recommend drinking a full 8-ounce glass of water when taking cranberry capsules and drinking 6-8 glasses of water or other liquids each day.
